Air Conditioner & Heater

To make your stay more comfortable, all of our rooms are equipped with an individual temperature setting. Please use the wall mounted regulator to set the air conditioning. If you need any assistance about the system, please contact our Reception for help.

 

Airport

Juanda International Airport is about 11 km away from the hotel and it takes 20 minutes by car. If you would like the hotel car arrangement to the airport, please contact our Reception and we are happy to help you.

 

Beds

A good night sleep is very important. Our beds are equipped with 100% synthetic pillows and duvets.

 

Breakfast

We are serving the breakfast in the H-Resto (2nd floor) from 6-10 AM daily. (Breakfast will be delivered to your room based on your request due to COVID-19 prevention)

 

Business Corner

If you would like to send a fax or copy your documents, our Reception Team is ready to assist you.

 

Car Parking

Hotel provides you parking spaces. Please make sure all of your belongings are not left in the car because we are not responsible for any loss.

 

Check Out

Check out time is at 12.00 noon. The Reception will assist you to store your luggage if you would like to spend more time in town before going to the airport. If you need a late check out or wish to extend your stay, please contact Reception.

 

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Master Card and VISA. If you have any questions about the payment methods, please contact Reception.

 

Do Not Disturb

In case you do not want to be disturbed, please hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside doorknob. If you do not want to receive any telephone calls, please inform the reception. Internal room-to-room calls can not be prevented.

 

Fitness Room

Our Fitness Room is located on the second floor. It opens from 5 AM until 10 PM. If you need further help, please contact our Reception or F&B staff.

 

Housekeeping

Our Housekeeping team is ready to help you any time. If you need extra towel, extra pillow or ironing board, please let us know. For extra room cleaning service, please also contact the Housekeeping team.

 

Internet

High speed internet connection is available in every room. If you are experiencing any problems with your connection, please do not hesitate to contact our Reception.

 

Iron/Ironing Board

Please contact the reception if you need any iron or ironing board.

 

IT Support

Our team is ready to help if you are having any problems with your computer, internet connection, etc. Please contact our Reception.

 

Laundry Service/Dry-cleaning

Laundry and Dry-cleaning service are available everyday. Please leave your laundry on the bed in the laundry bag to be collected by our Housekeeping. You will receive your fresh and clean laundry at 6 PM on the next day. Laundry bags and the price lists are in your main wardrobe.

 

Linen Change

To support go green campaign, we change the linen every third night. If you wish to receive daily linen change, please call the Reception.

 

Lost & Found

All found items are stored in our Housekeeping department for three months. Please contact our Reception team if you are missing something.

 

Coffee Bar 30

Our Coffee Bar 30 at the lobby is ready to serve you on Monday - Sunday from 06.00 AM – 10.30 PM. (Temporary closed from 1 April 2020 until further notice due to COVID-19 prevention)

 

Medical Service/ Pharmacy

If you need any medical help, please contact Reception.

The nearest pharmacy is located at A. Yani Street. Please ask Reception for opening times and further assistance.

 

Meeting Room

If you need meeting room bookings, our meeting rooms are ready to be reserved. For further information and reservation, please contact our Reception.

 

Personal Hygiene

We provide shaving kits, dental kits and lady sets upon request. Simply call Reception and we are happy to deliver it to your room. If you need anything else, please also contact our Reception team and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Our H-Resto is located on our second floor and served Surabaya traditional dishes and drinks available at:

Safe Deposit

All of our rooms are equipped with an in-room safe deposit in laptop size. You may find it in your main wardrobe. Please follow the instructions on the front side of the safe. The hotel does not take responsibility for any items that are not placed in the in-room safe deposit.

 

Massage

To relax after a long day, we are more than happy to switch on our Massage available from 10 AM – 10 PM for you. Please contact our Reception team for more information and they will be more than happy to assist

Smoking

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Please be informed that the hotel is entitled to charge you Rp1,000,000.- penalty for forbidden smoking.

Safety Information for Guests

Procedure in the event of fire

Primebiz Hotel Surabaya is equipped with a fire alarm system. All of our staffs are trained to deal with emergency situations quickly and efficiently. Smoke detectors are installed throughout the hotel as well as in the guestrooms. The hotel also has an electronic internal alarm system that constantly monitors the interior of the entire building and automatically passes any fire alarms onto the nearest Fire Brigade Station.

 

In case of emergency

We urgently request that you familiarize yourself with the location of the emergency exits, fire alarm system, fire extinguisher and this following Safety Instructions. Please take note of the Emergency Exit Plan which you can see on your room door entrance.

Please try to observe the location of emergency exit to your room:

Locate the nearest emergency exit to your room. Count and remember the number of doors between your room and the emergency exit. Open the emergency exit door

 

and take a look at the stairs behind it. Locate the nearest fire alarm and fire extinguisher.

 

What to do if you notice fire:

If there is fire or smoke in your room, leave immediately. If you are in the corridor, please directly activate the nearest fire alarm. Alarm buttons are installed near every elevator. If it is possible, close all doors near the fire so that it can not spread. The smoke proof doors in the corridors can be closed using the button next to them. Please do not take any personal risk.

If the condition is safe enough, you may attempt to put out small fire with the aid of extinguisher. In case of a large fire, leave building immediately. Please keep calm.

 

If you notice a fire, please remember the following points:

• Call reception if you can

• Close all doors

• Keep calm

 

What to do if the alarm is given while you are in your room:

• Leave your room immediately

• Lifts should not be used in the event of fire

The emergency staircase is available as an emergency exit route

• Fire doors can be automatically closed but still can beused for rescue purpose

 

If you leave your room to go to the nearest emergency exit, please proceed as follows:

• Carefully open the door and establish whether there is

   smoke in the corridor

• If you only see light smoke, make your way as fast as possible to the next emergency exit

• If it is dark, feel your way along the wall and count thedoors to the emergency exit

• Proceed in a crouched position, as the air on the groundis better than on higher levels

• Never try to go through thick smoke

• Don’t use the elevators

• Always remember to stay calm

 

What to do if you cannot leave your room

• Call the reception and inform of your situation

• If the exit is blocked, remain in your room because this isthe safest place to be

• Place wet towels and sheets against the foot of the doorto prevent smoke entering your room

• Take the curtains down, if the fire reaches the windowfrom outside at least no material will be set alight

• Keep trash can ready to use as water buckets so that youcan keep towels and sheets at the door wet

• Make yourself noticeable and wave a sheet at the

  window as a signal to Fire brigade that your room is

   occupied

• Remain close to the floor

• Cover your mouth and nose with a damp clothe to easebreathing

• Do not break any windows unless it is necessary

•Closed windows help to prevent draughts of air feedingthe fire

• Consider your actions carefully and remain calm

 

Kindly help us to avoid fires:

Please avoid smoking on the bed and do not empty hot ash into the trash can.
